Hope Floats

We wish you a new year that is fuelled by hope.

We have been very grateful to have all the extended family visit from NSW and ACT for Christmas with my parents here in Bega. This was particularly sweet after a year of Covid restrictions.

.

We have enjoyed another Summer of “staycation” where our friends and family have visited us and taught us again that much of life’s joys are in people and relationships.

Floating in the local river

The kids are about to return to school (grade 6,9,10,11). Ariel and I have returned to work after a short break – so we are all about to start the rhythm of another year. We give God our year and our hearts which are fed by hope.

Romans 5:2b & 5

And we boast in the hope of the glory of God…

And hope does not put us to shame because God’s love has been poured out into our hearts through the holy spirit, who has been given to us.

For those who pray:

For wisdom but not fear in observing Covid rules to protect Ariel who is immunocompromised

For a joyful moment for each of the kids as they return to school and wisdom as we follow up a few health issues

For our relationships to shine light and be salty
