Ariel….
Progress continues – you can see the single leg squats Ariel is doing in the background of this photo!
His walking is improving in the gym but much of his time is still spent in an electric wheelchair.
We were grateful that another blood clot “scare” turned out to be false (a CT scan at Royal North Shore was clear).
However we would appreciate prayer to solve the reason for some shortness of breath and trunk spasticity.
(There will be more tests for Ariel this week to solve this issue).
Please continue to pray for relationships in the unit.
A builder came to quote for the modifications today but 2 more quotes are required before the next phase begins.
Kirsty and the kids……
have had a holiday week in Bega – so graciously encouraged by Ariel.
It was a restful time after a hectic end of school term.
We have had country GP visits for asthma and croup but all is well now after prompt and lovely care.
We are back in Sydney and enjoying the flexibility of visiting Ariel without school hours.
“Oh Lord our Lord, How majestic is your name in all the earth!
You have set your glory above the heavens,
From the lips of children and infants you have ordained praise….”
Psalm 8:1-2
We are weary but well,
Kirsty
