Ariel is due to preach his first sermon from the pulpit at the English service of WSCCC this Sunday!
He has been preparing for some time now.
God’s word is living and life changing –
Please pray that God’s word will do its work, that Jesus would be honoured and that we’d be grateful for our salvation.
Here is Ariel sitting in a barber’s chair for the first time in nearly 2 years.
I think its a more pulpit-worthy job than the “buzz” cuts I have been doing with the clippers at home!
A sick child and Ariel’s sore left hip have robbed us of some sleep this week.
We are hoping for absolutely fabulous sleep the next 2 nights.
“As the rain and the snow come down from heaven,
and so not return to it without watering the earth and making it bud and flourish,
so that it yields seed for the sower and bread for the eater,
so is my word that goes out from my mouth:
It will not return to me empty,
but will accomplish what I desire and achieve the purpose for which I sent it”

Praise God that we have such easy access to bibles and that its words yield so much…
