Stay-cation

We are enjoying our “stay – cation” (a vacation at home) and catching up on family time.

It feels like we are only just learning how to go somewhere in the car together.

This is Ariel and his parents outside our favourite middle eastern sweets cafe in Granville.

(He is walking well after strong Lebanese coffee!).

….and here are some “sweeties” enjoying their middle eastern sweets.

The days are slow and sometimes we grumble but small progress is being made.

We are heavy hearted for the people of South Sudan –

who I am sure would long for the slow, “sweet” days we are privileged to have.

“Do everything without grumbling or arguing so that you may become blameless and pure,

children of God without fault in a warped and crooked generation.’

Then you will shine like stars in the sky as you hold firmly to the word of life.”

Philippians 2:14-16
