Meat Pie

Today has been a significant day for Ariel.

1. He ate a meat pie with his own hands for lunch!

(I cut it in half and placed it in his hand).

2. He successfully stood on one leg in Physiotherapy (while holding onto parallel bars)

He is generally feeling a little stronger.

Holidays

I will take Pam and the children to Bega this weekend for a week away during school holidays.

Thanks to all of those who are visiting Ariel next week – it will give him some good company while we are away 🙂

Family

The kids are exhausted and Alice still finds school drop off difficult.

Ariel’s father had a pacemaker/defibrillator inserted (for his heart) last week and is now at home again (though not allowed to drive for a month). Thank you for your prayers for his health.

House

The process of house modifications requires reports and meetings (and later on…tradesmen)

so exact dates for Ariel’s return to our house will not be certain yet.

Prayer

That our daily weet bix will keep us strong in the body and that the Spirit will keep us strong in the Lord.

For our children to be wowed by Jesus and by God’s sovereignty.

” In the past God spoke to our ancestors through the prophets at many times and in many different ways,

but in these last days he has spoken to us by his Son,

whom he appointed heir of all things and through whom also he made the universe” Hebrews 1:1-2
