Merry Christmas and some prayer points!

A merry Christmas!

Praise God that Ariel could come home for day leave for 3 days on a row! We enjoyed a busy Christmas Day with berry trifle, church, family & Ariel’s company. It was a great Christmas Day present to see Ariel’s left wrist move a small amount for the first time! Changes are small but encouraging. The IV antibiotics seem to have been effective and have now finished.

Please pray for us as a family as we have a short time apart for holidays. Ariel will still be participating in his rehab & gym program. We will all miss each other but trust God that it will be a useful break. Ariel will certainly have a great view for the New Year’s Eve fireworks.

Visitors are still allowed but between 11am & 6 pm will be best for the next two weeks. If you visit, take a book just on case he is held up with his treatment sessions!

God has been so very good to us amidst all of this.

We pray that:

“the peace of God which transcends all understanding will guard our hearts and minds on Christ Jesus” phillipians 4:6-7

Happy new year,

Kirsty
