Broken Wing

We continue to thank God for the amazing medical services in Australia.

Wednesday – Peter (Ariel’s Dad) was safely discharged home from Westmead Hospital.

Thursday – Sophie (Ariel’s Mum) returned home to join him after some helpful GP management.

Friday – Ariel was well treated with antibiotics by his GP and feeling much better.

Friday evening – Lara was very well managed at RPA following a fall and broken radius (forearm).

Saturday morning- Lara had a closed reduction under anaesthetic at RPA and now has a long plaster cast.

We are hoping that we won’t need quite so many medical services this week!!

For Pray-ers:

Thank God for Ariel’s new medication but pray for his safety with the extra dizziness that is a short term side effect.

Thank God for more small improvements in Ariel’s movement.

Pray for Muyuran Sukumaran who faces possible death in Bali.

He was in our youth group and Sunday school at Auburn 20 years ago.

May he seek Jesus.

May there be mercy.

“Oh the mercy of God, the glory of grace,

That you chose to redeem us- to forgive and restore,

And you call us your children, chosen in Him,

to be holy and blameless to the glory of God.

To the praise of His glorious grace,

To the praise of His glory and power

To Him be all glory, honour and praise

Forever and ever and ever amen”

“Oh the mercy of God” song by Geoff Bullock 1997
